1981-1986 – Assistant County Supervisor, USDA, Farm Services, Ohio

Review of loan documents for cash flow and security purposes for both operating and long-term loans. Performed appraisals of farm real estate, rural residential real estate, subsidized housing, and chattels. Lowered inventory property, and supported supervisor’s case volume as the largest in state.

Appraisals LLC in Lexington, KY. With over 20 years in real estate, he has conducted auctions nationwide, specializing in farms, land, equine properties, timber, and luxury homes.

 

Raised on a beef cattle and burley tobacco farm, Todd’s deep agricultural background enhances his expertise in real estate. He has also worked as a crop adjuster and consultant for Fortune 500 insurance companies and banks, supporting American farmers across the South and Midwest.
